Mariastugan houses 36 apartments between two buildings, and business premises facing the urban square. Just up one flight of stairs you can catch a glimpse of the horizon and ocean to the west.

The buildings are clad in Swedish oak and designed with inspiration from Josef Frank's furniture. High climate ambitions resulted in a load-bearing system where climate-rated concrete is combined with cross-laminated timber.

The apartments vary in size and character, all with their own unique qualities. Balconies, terraces, or loggia windows provide spectacualr views and bright rooms.

In addition to their own apartment, tenants have access to a magnificent garden with pool and greenhouse, as well as a courtyard house with sauna, guest apartment, workshop and exercise room.

There are plenty of weather-protected parking spaces for bicycles, and the possibility to rent a car space with a charging pole.
